​WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
​A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of an appointment. You will be charged in full for the appointment if cancelled for any reason within the 24 hours. Payment is due before your next appointment.
​WHAT IF I AM LATE TO MY APPOINTMENT?
Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time to your appointment.
WHAT OF I AM SICK?
Massage is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 24-hour the cancelation fee may be waived.
WHAT IF I FORGET/NO SHOW?
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment with no contact, will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged the full amount for their “missed” appointment and future service will be denied until payment is made.
