I’m Amy Wetherell, a licensed massage therapist with over 20 years of experience helping clients restore balance, reduce pain, and feel their best. Since graduating from Spa Tech Institute in 2004, I’ve trained in a wide range of modalities—including Swedish and deep tissue massage, assisted stretching, sports and therapeutic treatments, Thai stretching, Orthopedic massage, Reiki, and Prenatal massage. My approach is rooted in intuitive, healing touch. Every session is customized to your body’s unique needs, often incorporating guided stretching and personalized home care recommendations to support your progress beyond the treatment room. At Rise Up Wellness, I believe that true well-being should feel supportive, personalized, and accessible—no matter where you are on your journey.
